Absorbent core and top sheet 3D embossing capabilities to meet the product performance goals, the system can be installed in the machine for inline production. It improves fluid transfer and aesthetics by applying a textured pattern to the absorbent core and nonwoven material top sheet.
Easy wrap process for feminine care and light incontinence pad products that increase the production speed without sacrificing quality, and use the better folding process to minimal damage. It can choose from multiple wrapping options and PE or nonwoven materials, it can be also wrapped with release film directly to the pouch wrap to eliminate the need for release paper and reduce material costs. Closure easy tape can also be applied after folding or wrapping.
Efficient stacking and packing options for the production line to increase efficiency, enabling labor savings. The stacker receives folded products from the main machine, the products are grouped into a stack and delivered to a bag or automatic packing machine at machine speed.
